Support Organization

As a means of proactively creating startups, we have stepped up to provide support prior to commercialization and established a new startup support program called "Scrum" as a mechanism for co-creating business models that can grow. In "Scrum," the goal is to develop products and services that deliver value to customers, and we provide support for about a year through mentoring, interviews, business matching with local companies, etc. Our strength is our end-to-end support system, including financing, from pre-commercialization to growth support.

Akita Prefecture, where our bank is based, is facing the same issue of population decline as other regions, and regional issues are becoming apparent. Our bank's mission is to create new value by solving regional issues.
