This league will focus on the research and development of a “multi-agent system for low-risk, personalized gift selection for employees.” Corporate gifting has traditionally occurred during events like employee benefits, awards, transfers, retirements, childbirth, weddings, birthdays, and seasonal greetings. However, numerous global studies have shown that gifts tailored to individuals and specific occasions contribute to employee engagement, making this practice commonplace in overseas companies. However, arranging gifts that meet increasingly diverse individual needs, ensuring fairness, and preventing harassment have made employee gifting more challenging. This league will leverage AI agent technology to simultaneously enable personalization and harassment prevention. Our goal is to research and develop a multi-agent system that creates a delightful gift experience for both givers and recipients.
