Research on functions and specifications to promote the ICT of administrative management to solve the succession problem of temples

As social issues such as loneliness and isolation increase, so do expectations for the role of temples. On the other hand, the temple industry is facing issues such as a decline in donations and an increase in temple abandonements due to the simplification of funerals, a decline in visits to temples, and a weakening of connections. There is an urgent need to shift from paper-based temple work and legal affairs to ICT-based management. Teratekucho solves these issues by using ICT to manage information in temple management and build relationships with parishioners, accumulating and sharing information, and building relationships with parishioners. In this research, we will work on investigating and researching the functions and specifications that should be developed for Teratekucho in order to promote the use of ICT in the industry, and accelerate digital transformation throughout the industry.
