aipass for hotels, transforming the travel experience with DX in the lodging industry

While travel demand is recovering in the post-COVID era, the hospitality industry is facing challenges such as labor shortages, increased workload, and inbound tourism. There is an urgent need to shift from paper-based administrative work and customer service to operations that utilize ICT. By utilizing ICT in hospitality and service provision at accommodation facilities, aipass will create a guest experience from before the trip to during the trip and solve these issues. In this research, we will work on developing a non-face-to-face next-generation check-in solution and a browser-based customer service tool that uses travelers' smartphones, promoting digital transformation. Through our research, we will digitally connect accommodation facilities and travelers to create new travel experiences toward the realization of Society 5.0.
