Realization of online supportive cancer care utilizing ICT technology
For patients undergoing outpatient cancer drug treatment, a personal digital model will be constructed using data obtained from the type of cancer, anticancer drug used, various devices, etc.
This will be used to predict when side effects will occur, and appropriate symptom management and nutritional management will be implemented at home. The aim is to reduce the burden on patients and their families.
In this study, the following functions will be provided in the application, and basic verification will be conducted to reduce the burden on patients.
① A digital model of each cancer patient will be constructed on the backend
└ Daily recording of side effects, etc. via the app and model updates as needed
② Personal support will be provided using the digital model
└ Remote online consultations by specialized staff that take into account individual characteristics
